Wow! Our 11 Month in Business…
We’re in our eleventh month and about to celebrate our first anniversary. Business is booming, so I thought I’d share a bit about our journey, how we started, and where we’re headed.
It all began when a business broker contacted Greg of Dallas Maids with information on a commercial cleaning business that was for sale. The owner was a gentleman named Troy. Troy, exhausted from running the business and eager to pursue an opportunity in HVAC, wanted out. Greg, intrigued, jotted down the number and gave Troy a call.
Troy explained his situation: running a business is tough, especially with a family to support. Although Greg found owning a business to be a rewarding experience, he understood Troy’s struggle. Over two decades, Greg had perfected a hiring process to find honest, competent individuals: A strong work ethic and good hearts; You can’t have one without the other.
